What Family Court Counseling is — and isn't
Family Court Counseling is an advocacy, education, and counselor-discovery platform. The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only.
Family Court Counseling is not a law firm. Nothing on the Service — including the Anchor chatbot, the Decipher document analyzer, and every article in the Library — is legal advice. We do not represent you and we do not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Family Court Counseling is not a substitute for registered mental-health care. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
Counselor directory
The directory lists independent counselors. We do not employ them and do not vet their registration on an ongoing basis. Verify each counselor's credentials in your jurisdiction before booking.
AI features (Anchor + Decipher)
Anchor and Decipher use third-party AI providers (Anthropic and Google). AI output can be incorrect, outdated, or misleading. Do not rely on Anchor or Decipher for decisions in your case — confirm everything with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate others, do not upload documents that are not yours, and do not submit stories that contain personally identifying information about anyone who has not consented.
When you submit a story, you grant Family Court Counseling a non-exclusive license to publish it anonymously on the Service. You can request removal at any time by emailing hello@familycourtcounseling.com.
Acceptable use
Do not: harass other users, post threats, attempt to identify other anonymous posters, scrape or republish content without permission, probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or use the Service to circumvent court orders.
Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be accurate, available, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Court Counseling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can end your relationship with Family Court Counseling at any time by emailing hello@familycourtcounseling.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
